# Desk Clock vs Widgets 27

The clearest difference is ads: Widgets 27 at none against Desk Clock's shown. Desk Clock's advantage is review sentiment (69% vs 41%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Desk Clock sells 3 one-off in-app purchases and Widgets 27 sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
