# Brew Cloud vs BeerCrafter

The clearest difference is ads: BeerCrafter at none against Brew Cloud's shown. Brew Cloud's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 2 months). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Brew Cloud sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and BeerCrafter sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Brew Cloud ships an update weekly, BeerCrafter every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
