# Interstride vs OreConnect

The clearest difference is rating: Interstride at 4.4 against OreConnect's 4.0. Interstride also leads on ratings volume (39 vs 4) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). OreConnect's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Interstride holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Interstride has 39 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Interstride ships an update every 2 months, OreConnect every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 25, 2026 respectively.
