# Safe Balloon vs Snack Attack

The clearest difference is ads: Safe Balloon at none against Snack Attack's shown. Safe Balloon also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 15.0). Snack Attack's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Safe Balloon sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Snack Attack sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Safe Balloon ships an update every 2 months, Snack Attack every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
