# AFA Softball vs Hit Track Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Hit Track Pro at 100% against AFA Softball's 50%. Hit Track Pro also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs every 90 months). AFA Softball's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (461 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

AFA Softball holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: AFA Softball has 461 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of AFA Softball's written reviews are positive against 100% of Hit Track Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

AFA Softball ships an update every 90 months, Hit Track Pro every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
