# MPI Mobile App vs The Wrench

The clearest difference is rating: The Wrench at 5.0 against MPI Mobile App's 2.3. The Wrench also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months). MPI Mobile App's advantage is ratings volume (30 vs 2) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
