# D vs D

The clearest difference is rating: D at 3.8 against D's 2.5. D also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.3 vs 17.0). D's advantage is update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 5 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. D asks for nothing beyond the download.

D holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 2.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 5 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 70% of D's written reviews are positive against 76% of D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

D ships an update every 5 months, D every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
