# Meest China vs Nova Post

The clearest difference is rating: Nova Post at 4.8 against Meest China's 4.0. Nova Post also leads on ratings volume (1.4K vs 60). Meest China's advantage is review sentiment (51% vs 29%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Nova Post holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nova Post has 1.4K ratings behind it against 60, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Meest China's written reviews are positive against 29% of Nova Post's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Meest China ships an update weekly, Nova Post every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
