# MyStudio App vs Fitbit Ace

The clearest difference is rating: MyStudio App at 4.8 against Fitbit Ace's 4.1. MyStudio App also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (7.8K vs 216). Fitbit Ace's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and review sentiment (49% vs 41%). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

MyStudio App holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyStudio App has 7.8K ratings behind it against 216, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 41% of MyStudio App's written reviews are positive against 49% of Fitbit Ace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

MyStudio App ships an update every 2 months, Fitbit Ace every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
