# BooksPlus vs Book+ App

The clearest difference is update cadence: Book+ App at every 2 days against BooksPlus's monthly. BooksPlus's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

BooksPlus ships an update monthly, Book+ App every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
