# Midnight Pulp vs zone·ify

The clearest difference is rating: Midnight Pulp at 4.7 against zone·ify's 3.4. Midnight Pulp also leads on ratings volume (1.8K vs 14). zone·ify's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Midnight Pulp sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. zone·ify asks for nothing beyond the download.

Midnight Pulp holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Midnight Pulp has 1.8K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 49% of Midnight Pulp's written reviews are positive against 53% of zone·ify's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Midnight Pulp ships an update every 3 months, zone·ify every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
