# Bremerton1 vs Smart911

The clearest difference is rating: Smart911 at 4.7 against Bremerton1's 2.7. Smart911 also leads on ratings volume (6.8K vs 6). Bremerton1's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Smart911 holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smart911 has 6.8K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Bremerton1's written reviews are positive against 37% of Smart911's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Bremerton1 ships an update monthly, Smart911 every 4 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
