# Luach vs MyZmanim

Luach and MyZmanim both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 70% of MyZmanim's written reviews are positive against 33% of Luach's. MyZmanim also leads on ratings volume (111 vs 11). Luach's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 8 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Luach against 4.4 for MyZmanim. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MyZmanim has 111 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two.
