# Dancing Hotdog vs Jump Drive

The clearest difference is rating: Jump Drive at 4.6 against Dancing Hotdog's 4.1. Jump Drive also leads on ratings volume (380 vs 71). Dancing Hotdog's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dancing Hotdog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Jump Drive sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Jump Drive holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Jump Drive has 380 ratings behind it against 71, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Dancing Hotdog's written reviews are positive against 68% of Jump Drive's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
