# Diary vs Dream Interpreter

The clearest difference is ads: Dream Interpreter at none against Diary's shown. Dream Interpreter also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Diary's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Dream Interpreter holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Diary has 1.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
