# Loopsie vs TicMagic

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TicMagic at 67% against Loopsie's 16%. TicMagic also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 14) and ads (none vs shown). Loopsie's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 3.8) and ratings volume (30K vs 4). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Loopsie sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. TicMagic asks for nothing beyond the download.

Loopsie holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Loopsie has 30K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 16% of Loopsie's written reviews are positive against 67% of TicMagic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
