# PubPass vs Beer Gram™

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Beer Gram™ at 100% against PubPass's 52%. Beer Gram™ also leads on device support (3 vs 1). PubPass's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (1.7K vs 5). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PubPass holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PubPass has 1.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of PubPass's written reviews are positive against 100% of Beer Gram™'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PubPass ships an update every 3 weeks, Beer Gram™ fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
