# Darbuka Rhythms vs Darbuka

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Darbuka Rhythms at 53% against Darbuka's 0%. Darbuka Rhythms also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (monthly vs every 3 months). Darbuka's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and rating (4.1 vs 3.8). On price, monetization model, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Darbuka Rhythms sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Darbuka asks for nothing beyond the download.

Darbuka holds the better App Store score, 4.1 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Darbuka has 137 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 53% of Darbuka Rhythms's written reviews are positive against 0% of Darbuka's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Darbuka Rhythms ships an update monthly, Darbuka every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
