# Meross vs VeSync

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: VeSync at none against Meross's 8. VeSync also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and ratings volume (75K vs 7.8K). Meross's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Meross sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. VeSync asks for nothing beyond the download.

VeSync holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5.
