The clearest difference is ratings volume: Радио Arzamas at 55 against LearnPoem's 4. LearnPoem's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.
