# Colorzam vs Prune+

The clearest difference is rating: Prune+ at 4.4 against Colorzam's 3.0. Prune+ also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ratings volume (235 vs 2). Colorzam's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months) and review sentiment (100% vs 77%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Colorzam sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Prune+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

Prune+ holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Prune+ has 235 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Colorzam's written reviews are positive against 77% of Prune+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Colorzam ships an update every 3 weeks, Prune+ every 11 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
