# Snappy Salads vs Salsa Limón

The clearest difference is rating: Snappy Salads at 4.8 against Salsa Limón's 2.9. Snappy Salads also leads on update cadence (every 6 months vs every 15 months) and ratings volume (207 vs 20). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Snappy Salads holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Snappy Salads has 207 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 20% of Snappy Salads's written reviews are positive against 23% of Salsa Limón's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Snappy Salads ships an update every 6 months, Salsa Limón every 15 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
