# Echelon Fit vs Simple Insights

The clearest difference is update cadence: Simple Insights at every 2 days against Echelon Fit's monthly. Simple Insights also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4). Echelon Fit's advantage is ratings volume (8.4K vs 5) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Echelon Fit sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month and Simple Insights sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Simple Insights holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Echelon Fit has 8.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Echelon Fit ships an update monthly, Simple Insights every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 8, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
