# Paddock Shops App vs Quince

The clearest difference is monetization model: Paddock Shops App at free against Quince's free with in-app purchases. Quince's advantage is ratings volume (9.4K vs 5) and update cadence (every 9 days vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for Paddock Shops App against 4.9 for Quince. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quince has 9.4K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Paddock Shops App ships an update monthly, Quince every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
