# ResourceMFG vs Laborup

ResourceMFG and Laborup both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Laborup's written reviews are positive against 53% of ResourceMFG's. Laborup also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months). ResourceMFG's advantage is ratings volume (2.5K vs 21) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for ResourceMFG against 4.8 for Laborup. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ResourceMFG has 2.5K ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 53% of ResourceMFG's written reviews are positive against 100% of Laborup's.

ResourceMFG ships an update every 2 months, Laborup every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
