# botim vs Daftary

botim and Daftary both sit at 4.3 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Daftary's written reviews are positive against 22% of botim's. botim's advantage is ratings volume (52K vs 8) and chart position (#92 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. botim sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month and Daftary sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.3 for botim against 4.3 for Daftary. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: botim has 52K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 22% of botim's written reviews are positive against 100% of Daftary's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 26, 2026 respectively.
