The clearest difference is price: Tecniwork at Free against Drop's $9.99. Tecniwork also leads on iOS requirement (13.4 vs 16.0). Drop's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 months). On ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
