# TOR Browser vs Tagarific

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tagarific at 100% against TOR Browser's 31%. Tagarific also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and rating (5.0 vs 4.5). TOR Browser's advantage is ratings volume (14K vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TOR Browser sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per 7 days and Tagarific sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tagarific holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TOR Browser has 14K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 31% of TOR Browser's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tagarific's.
