# 디시인사이드 vs FLEXTV

The clearest difference is rating: FLEXTV at 4.0 against 디시인사이드's 2.1. FLEXTV also leads on ads (none vs shown). 디시인사이드's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and ratings volume (98 vs 3). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FLEXTV sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. 디시인사이드 asks for nothing beyond the download.

FLEXTV holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 디시인사이드 has 98 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 29% of 디시인사이드's written reviews are positive against 22% of FLEXTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

디시인사이드 ships an update every 3 weeks, FLEXTV fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
