# Entrata Facilities vs Yardi Facility Manager

The clearest difference is rating: Entrata Facilities at 4.8 against Yardi Facility Manager's 1.8. Entrata Facilities also leads on ratings volume (2.8K vs 5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). Yardi Facility Manager's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 35%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Entrata Facilities holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 1.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Entrata Facilities has 2.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Entrata Facilities's written reviews are positive against 50% of Yardi Facility Manager's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Entrata Facilities ships an update every 2 weeks, Yardi Facility Manager every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
