# Entrata Facilities vs Courtesy Connection

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Courtesy Connection at 80% against Entrata Facilities's 35%. Courtesy Connection also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (12.2 vs 15.0). Entrata Facilities's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.2) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Entrata Facilities holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Entrata Facilities has 2.8K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 35% of Entrata Facilities's written reviews are positive against 80% of Courtesy Connection's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Entrata Facilities ships an update every 2 weeks, Courtesy Connection every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
