# Real Camera vs Pro Camera with RAW & Focus

The clearest difference is rating: Pro Camera with RAW & Focus at 4.4 against Real Camera's 3.0. Pro Camera with RAW & Focus also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (4.3K vs 2). Real Camera's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs subscription) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Real Camera sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Pro Camera with RAW & Focus sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pro Camera with RAW & Focus holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pro Camera with RAW & Focus has 4.3K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Real Camera's written reviews are positive against 63% of Pro Camera with RAW & Focus's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Real Camera ships an update every 9 days, Pro Camera with RAW & Focus every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 26, 2026.
