# GymFit vs Interval Timer

The clearest difference is rating: Interval Timer at 5.0 against GymFit's 4.6. Interval Timer also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). GymFit's advantage is ratings volume (17 vs 2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GymFit sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Interval Timer sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interval Timer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GymFit has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
