# Kinetic switch vs SaunaLogic

The clearest difference is ratings volume: SaunaLogic at 1.1K against Kinetic switch's 3. Kinetic switch's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Kinetic switch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SaunaLogic has 1.1K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Kinetic switch's written reviews are positive against 41% of SaunaLogic's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Kinetic switch ships an update every 7 months, SaunaLogic every 11 months. Both last shipped on October 15, 2026.
