# Taskade vs Focuster

The clearest difference is rating: Taskade at 4.7 against Focuster's 3.7. Taskade also leads on ratings volume (6.4K vs 6). Focuster's advantage is iOS requirement (10.0 vs 16.4). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Taskade sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Focuster sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Taskade holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Taskade has 6.4K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 69% of Taskade's written reviews are positive against 75% of Focuster's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
