# Taskade vs Note

Taskade and Note both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Note's written reviews are positive against 69% of Taskade's. Note also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). Taskade's advantage is ratings volume (6.4K vs 20). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Taskade sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Note sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for Taskade against 4.7 for Note. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Taskade has 6.4K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 69% of Taskade's written reviews are positive against 100% of Note's.

Taskade ships an update every 2 weeks, Note every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
