# GoTrack vs TreasuresHunt

The clearest difference is review sentiment: TreasuresHunt at 100% against GoTrack's 34%. TreasuresHunt also leads on monetization model (free vs subscription). GoTrack's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GoTrack sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and TreasuresHunt sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GoTrack holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GoTrack has 17 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of GoTrack's written reviews are positive against 100% of TreasuresHunt's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GoTrack ships an update every 2 days, TreasuresHunt every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
