# Flocus vs Flow

The clearest difference is rating: Flow at 4.8 against Flocus's 3.7. Flow also leads on review sentiment (86% vs 60%) and ratings volume (1.8K vs 3). Flocus's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 18.0). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Flocus asks for nothing beyond the download.

Flow holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flow has 1.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of Flocus's written reviews are positive against 86% of Flow's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
