# Flocus vs Mindlist

The clearest difference is rating: Mindlist at 4.7 against Flocus's 3.7. Mindlist also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 3) and review sentiment (76% vs 60%). Flocus's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Mindlist sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Flocus asks for nothing beyond the download.

Mindlist holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Mindlist has 1.6K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of Flocus's written reviews are positive against 76% of Mindlist's.
