# Storage Genie vs CloudKeyz

The clearest difference is rating: Storage Genie at 4.7 against CloudKeyz's 3.1. Storage Genie also leads on ratings volume (3.6K vs 17). CloudKeyz's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 23%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Storage Genie holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Storage Genie has 3.6K ratings behind it against 17, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Storage Genie's written reviews are positive against 50% of CloudKeyz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Storage Genie ships an update every 4 weeks, CloudKeyz every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
