# Pile vs Block Pile 3D

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Pile at 100% against Block Pile 3D's 30%. Pile also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 22) and ads (none vs shown). Block Pile 3D's advantage is ratings volume (1.7K vs 7) and rating (4.7 vs 4.4). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Block Pile 3D sells 22 one-off in-app purchases. Pile asks for nothing beyond the download.

Block Pile 3D holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Block Pile 3D has 1.7K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Pile's written reviews are positive against 30% of Block Pile 3D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
