# Quantiloop vs LYTIX

The clearest difference is rating: LYTIX at 4.0 against Quantiloop's 3.0. LYTIX also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 2). Quantiloop's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 months vs every 13 months). On price and review sentiment there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quantiloop sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. LYTIX asks for nothing beyond the download.

LYTIX holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Quantiloop has 38 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Quantiloop's written reviews are positive against 50% of LYTIX's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Quantiloop ships an update every 3 months, LYTIX every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
