# Spades vs Spades ‣

The clearest difference is rating: Spades ‣ at 4.4 against Spades's 4.0. Spades ‣ also leads on ratings volume (133 vs 1). Spades's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Spades ‣ holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spades ‣ has 133 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
