# BDMSwellness vs Intertime

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BDMSwellness at none against Intertime's 3. Intertime's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs monthly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Intertime sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. BDMSwellness asks for nothing beyond the download.

BDMSwellness ships an update monthly, Intertime every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 2, 2026 respectively.
