# Freedom vs My Impact

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Freedom at 64% against My Impact's 15%. Freedom also leads on rating (4.4 vs 2.5) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). My Impact's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 6) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.1). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Freedom sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. My Impact asks for nothing beyond the download.

Freedom holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freedom has 6.1K ratings behind it against 128, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 64% of Freedom's written reviews are positive against 15% of My Impact's.

Freedom ships an update every 2 weeks, My Impact every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
