# Freedom vs Limit Socials

The clearest difference is rating: Freedom at 4.4 against Limit Socials's 1.0. Freedom also leads on ratings volume (6.1K vs 1). Limit Socials's advantage is monetization model (freemium vs subscription). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Freedom sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Limit Socials sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Freedom holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Freedom has 6.1K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Freedom ships an update every 2 weeks, Limit Socials fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
