# S vs e

The clearest difference is update cadence: e at every 6 weeks against S's every 6 months. S's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

S ships an update every 6 months, e every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
