Both are free to download. MoShow Slideshow Maker Video sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Scoompa Slideshow Maker Editor sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MoShow Slideshow Maker Video holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MoShow Slideshow Maker Video has 73K ratings behind it against 213, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of MoShow Slideshow Maker Video's written reviews are positive against 74% of Scoompa Slideshow Maker Editor's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
