The clearest difference is update cadence: Printax at every 5 days against MoShow Slideshow Maker Video's every 2 months. Printax also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). MoShow Slideshow Maker Video's advantage is ratings volume (73K vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MoShow Slideshow Maker Video sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Printax sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
