# QANDA vs TalkPaper

The clearest difference is rating: TalkPaper at 5.0 against QANDA's 3.5. TalkPaper also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 days vs weekly). QANDA's advantage is ratings volume (781 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.8 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QANDA sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and TalkPaper sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TalkPaper holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QANDA has 781 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

QANDA ships an update weekly, TalkPaper every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
